We’re gearing up for the longest day of the year, and it’s going to be a great one. Come to the gorgeous north shore of the world’s largest lake and hear the stories of Lake Superior boat builders, sailors and travelers. On Saturday, our Solstice Pageant features Good Harbor Hill Players and musicians GAMEPALAJ and will have our toes tapping past sundown.

Love Letters by A.R. Gurney

Told through a series of letters—shared over a lifetime and read by two actors—this play creates an evocative, touching, frequently funny and always telling pair of character studies in which what is implied is as meaningful as what is actually written down.

21st Annual Grand Marais Arts Festival

The Grand Marais Art Colony invites you to enjoy a grand array of artwork on the shores that inspired it. This juried show features over 60 artists and is set with the beautiful backdrop of the North Shore of Lake Superior in downtown Grand Marais. The weekend-long family event also features live music, food vendors, fiber arts demonstrations and children's activities. We guarantee you’ll see something you like!
